UPDATE: On Thursday, Jan. 16, the Rock Island Police Department announced that Blessing Aoci was found safe and in "apparent good health." Multiple suspects were arrested in connection with the case. An Amber Alert has been issued for a missing 4-year-old girl who was inside her mother’s car when it was stolen in Illinois.

Just after 6 a.m., police said Blessing's mother's brown Saturn Outlook was stolen near the intersection of 14th 1/2 Street and 13th Avenue, while the girl was in a booster seat in the back seat.
