Toronto Maple Leafs forward Matthew Knies is listed as day-to-day with an upper-body injury, head coach Craig Berube confirmed Friday after practice. Nick Alberga of The Leafs Nation was the first to report the day-to-day timeline.

Steven Lorentz said on Thursday that Knies was in good spirits after leaving Wednesday's game with an upper-body injury.
