The newest Carrera S goes auto-only while its performance equipment expands.

Slotting into its expected role in the hierarchy between the base Carrera and the now-hybrid GTS, the S sees a big increase in output from its 3.0-liter twin-turbo flat-six, with the wick now dialed up up to 473 horsepower and 390 pound-feet of torque.

Carrera S introduces a more powerful 3.0-litre twin-turbo engine with 470 bhp and enhanced standard features, including improved suspension and brakes.
