From veteran performers to three newcomers making their debut, here's everything to know about the 50th anniversary season cast of 'SNL'

Steve Martin, Bill Murray, Paul McCartney, Eddie Murphy and Alec Baldwin were just some of the stars at "SNL50: The Anniversary Celebration" which aired live from New York, of course.

Here are some of the cast members who did not attend the 50th-anniversary special: Bill Hader was most notably not present at the anniversary, citing a scheduling conflict. Despite not being at the anniversary show, Hader recently reunited with his SNL castmates, Kristin Wiig and Fred Armisen, for a Volkswagen commercial.
