A reported rat infestation intensifies the rivalry between two competing Coney Island restaurants in downtown Detroit.

After Lafayette closed temporarily due to the health department announcing reports of rats, American is now claiming their neighbor is hurting their business.

Lafayette Regional Airport has been evacuated due to a bomb threat. At 5:02 pm, bomb dog officers were dispatched to investigate, according to a spokesperson for Lafayette Police Department.

There was a bomb threat at the Lafayette Airport on Monday. Authorities tell KLFY News the bomb threat came in late Monday afternoon. They evacuated the airport as a precautionary measure. Lafayette Sheriff’s Deputies swept the airport terminal.
