Virginia Giuffre, one of the survivors of Jeffrey Epstein’s sexual abuse, died by suicide, her family announced Friday. She was 41.

Virginia took her own life. Her family shared that despite years of resilience, "the weight of the violence she endured became unbearable" for Virginia. "We know she is now with the angels," they added in the heartfelt statement.
