The Wildcats, who are also scheduled to play Alabama at Birmingham a week later, will travel to Auburn for a return game on a date that has not yet been determined but will probably be sometime during the 2026-27 season. Their game against Alabama is a return obligation after the Crimson Tide faced Arizona in Phoenix last season.

Alabama and Auburn face off as top-10 opponents for the second time this season. The Tigers won the first meeting, 94-85, but come into Saturday on the heels of an upset loss to Texas A&M earlier in the week. Alabama has dropped four of its last six games, a stretch that began with the Feb. 15 loss to Auburn.

Alabama softball had a nearly perfect weekend at the Spring Break Showdown, going 3-1 across two days of action.

Paul Tyson is the great grandson of Bear Bryant, and the former Alabama QB will be a coach at Clemson next season.
