On Thursday at 10:47 a.m. a winter weather advisory was issued by the National Weather Service valid from 8 p.m. until Saturday 5 p.m. The advisory is for Lower Clark

"The Winter Weather Advisory has been cancelled and is no longer in effect," says the National Weather Service. The NWS states, "Slow down and use caution while traveling. The latest road conditions for the state you are calling from can be obtained by calling 5 1 1."
The NWS extreme cold warning for Duluth said: "The dangerously cold wind chills as low as 40 below zero could cause frostbite on exposed skin in as little as 10 minutes. Frostbite and hypothermia will occur if unprotected skin is exposed to these temperatures. An extended period of freezing temperatures could cause ruptured water pipes."
