Regional attorneys general, including New York's Letitia James, demand refunds for Optimum customers amidst a blackout of MSG Networks due to a dispute with Altice USA.

James joins two other area attorneys general in sending the letter to Altice CEO Dennis Mathew expressing frustration with the ongoing programming disruption.

Attorneys general from three states are demanding that cable company Optimum automatically refund customers who paid for MSG Network cable channels, but who have been denied access to the programming since the start of January.
