For the Philadelphia Eagles, the plan set into motion during the offseason reached its logical conclusion over the three days of the 2025 NFL Draft.

Philadelphia entered Thursday night with eight draft picks. Still, after GM Howie Roseman did some wheeling and dealing on Days 2 and 3, the Eagles came away with an impressive, athletic, and versatile 10-player draft class.

But there will be other roster battles among the players signed in free agency, mostly veterans on a low-cost one-year deals. For now, that gives the rest of the rookie class a chance to adjust to the NFL. If they adjust faster, they'll play sooner.
